Slow Your Roll

When approaching a Dock or Marina, remember boats do not have breaks like an automobile and can be restricted in their ability to stop or turn.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need a boating license ?

    Anyone born after Sept of 1993 has to have a boaters safety course card. Before Sept of 1993 just a valid Drivers License

  • Are life vests included?

    Yes, we have an assortment of life vests from infant to 2X and we will issue one per person when you pick up the boat.

  • Do you do half day rentals?

    We don’t book half-day rentals on boats in advance. If you call on the day of after 11:00 am and there is something available, we will rent it for half day (4hrs) at 65% of the full-day rate.

  • Do I have to return the boat full of fuel?

    No, the first tank of fuel is included in your rental price, but any fuel usage over the first tank is your responsibility and we recommend you get fuel if your fuel gauge is reading 1/4 tank.


  • Is a tube included?

    No, but tubes are available for a small fee, and we have several tubes that you can choose from as well.

  • What are the rules with drinking?

    Drinking and alcohol is allowed on the boat but the driver should never be drinking. There is no open container law on boats.

  • Do you allow pets on your boats?

    Yes, we are animal lovers as well and allow pets on our boats, just remember that you are liable for any damage your pet may cause.

  • What is the minimum age to rent from Cedar Creek Boat Rental?

    The minimum age to rent a powered watercraft is 25. The minimum age to rent a paddled watercraft is 18.
